QA Engineer
What you will do:
- Strong understanding of all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Technologically perform tests of applications based on mobile platforms. (iOS and Android).
- A deep understanding of client-server applications testing.
- Take part in development of test methodologies, standards and procedures in Agile environment.
- Experience in Testing Methodologies, Designing Test Plans and Test documents.
- Strong team player with a "do what it takes" attitude.
- Routinely demonstrates flexibility and is a very capable multi-tasker.
- Willing to pitch in and contribute to manual test efforts.
What we require:
Must:
- At least 2 years of software test experience.
- Experience testing multiple software projects simultaneously with mobile based applications. (iOS and Android)
- Experience creating documents for testing processes.(STP, STD, STR)
- Skilled in Functional, Usability, UI tests types in client - server applications.
- Engages effectively with software developers to understand technical concepts.
- Ability to review requirements and functional specifications to provide testability and implementation advice.
Advantage:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer programming or information technology.
- Familiar with Agile and Scrum environments.

Applicaster is seeking an experienced, extremely knowledgeable, brilliant Ruby Developer to join our fast growing R&D team.
What you will do:
- Developing back-end services for media related applications
- Participating in defining and implementing large scale back-end services to support millions of active users in a distributed environment
- Expected to be highly familiar with recent technologies and practices to be used in developed systems and integrated into existing ones.
- Will join a R&D team practicing agile development methods.
What we require:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in developing back end services for web applications
- At least 2 years of development in Ruby on Rails - MUST
- Experience in developing REST APIs - MUST
- High version control skills, with emphasis on git - MUST
- Experience in deployment, with emphasis on cloud deployments
- Experience in C/C++ development
- Proven record in open source environment
- Experience in BDD and product oriented development

Consumer Product Person
What you will do:
- Characterization of user interfaces from concept to detailed characterization prototyping and construction of Wireframes, planning, expert testing and usability testing.
- You will work closely with various departments in the organization: product, graphic designers, development & support
- Document user needs in a way that identifies business-oriented customer issues.
What we require:
- Experience in the Mobile field- Must
Technical background:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Person
- Experience in working as a UX/UI expert within an organization
- Creative person, original thinker, is critical and has the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
- Client management capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English and Hebrew - Mother tongue level; other language - strong advantage.

What you will do:
- Oversee projects from planning to delivery
- Lead processes internally with all departments
- Communicate with Applicaster's customers throughout all stages (requirements, design, development, content and features preparation, testing, version deployment and release, post launch processes)
What we require:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Proven experience as a project manager - At least 2 year
- International and Local Projects management experience
- End to End responsibility of executing projects in parallel
- Specific experience in internet TV and Mobile platform and Video streaming
- Strong technical background and technical understanding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
