Reporting to the GM US, this position requires experience in business planning, operational strategy and execution. The role of the Technical Support Engineer is a pivotal position in Applicaster and requires a person who is self-motivated, independent, proactive, and with the ability to multitask efficiently. You are expected to show creativity and think out of the box to find effective, and sometimes alternative solutions to customer requests.

This also means you are also expected to constantly expand your technical knowledge and always look beyond the horizon for cutting-edge solutions to accommodate rising needs.

The Technical Support Engineer, will work in weekly shifts, which could include after hours and weekends. You will report to the Head of Support and will be working closely with all of the teams inside of the company, from R&D and server and all the way to customer success and sales.

The Technical Support Engineer, must be able to understand and articulate technology to positions from within the company, while in parallel convey, suggest and configure advanced solutions for technical and non-technical customers, in a language they will all understand.

You will be capable of identifying and diagnosing technical issues of assigned accounts and find quick and simple answers to complex problems.
